  • Check-in located inside the Hilton Odawara Resort & Spa.
  • Should you arrive via the train to Odawara Station or local Nebukawa Station take a taxi to the hotel and ask for reimbursement from the hotel. Reimbursement can be obtained at check in for 1 trip from the station per cottage.
  • Daily Onsen tax 150 yen per person is applied for people over 12 years old.
  • Hilton Honors points are not applicable.

  • Service Animals: The following types of service animals are permitted at our resort under Japanese law with official documentation: disability assistance dogs for physically challenged individuals, guide dogs for visually impaired people and hearing dogs for hearing-impaired people. All other animals are prohibited.

  Important information

  • The resort and entire facility of Hilton Odawara Resort & Spa will be closed due to the legal electrical inspection from January 14, 4:00 p.m. until 10:00 a.m. on January 15, 2025. Natural Hot Spring Baths are scheduled to reopen on January 18, 2025, and the Bade Zone pools are scheduled to reopen on January 20, 2025 (outdoor pools on January 21). 
  • Cottages are multi-level with stairs and not wheelchair accessible.
  • Onsen/Hot Spring Etiquette: When visiting most onsens (hot springs) in Japan, visitors with visible tattoos are prohibited from entering. Additional information is available through a number of online travel resources or upon arrival at the resort. Guests with visible tattoos are welcome to visit Tenzan, the nearest natural onsen in the Hakone area.

The bedroom includes two twin beds, which can be linked as a king bed, a tatami area and a 49” TV. The bathroom includes a dual-sink vanity with a bath tub and separate shower. The kitchen features a two-burner cooktop, oven and microwave. The living room includes a double-size sofa bed and 46” TV. *Stair access is required for these accommodations.
