Austria is famous for its winter sports presence, but has appeal all year round with numerous hiking trails and a multitude of outdoor activities. Take a day trip to the richly cultural capital city of Vienna for various museums and art galleries, or stay closer Schladming for a more traditional rural experience.
- Important Travel Update: Beginning January 1, 2024, travelers to Europe will be required to obtain an EU Travel Information & Authorization System (ETIAS) visa before being allowed entry into select European countries. For more information on the ETIAS visa, including a list of participating countries, please visit here.
- All accommodation are equipped with partial kitchens.
- If more than one unit has been booked for the same arrival date, the main guest/occupant's name & full address for each unit is required in advance for the government tax applicable. These details will also be used for the deposit details.
- Winter season (for skiing) is classed as mid December to the week after Easter. Winter tires/snow chains are mandatory from November-mid-April.
- A Government tourist tax is payable per person, per night payable direct at the resort. The charge is complimentary for children up to 15 years old.
